RULES FOR VISITORS

  • For our patients’ health, we suggest that not more than two visitors are present at the same time and that the visiting time is limited to 10 minutes.
  • Any visitor in the room after 22.00 hours is considered an attendant. Only 1 attendant
  • can be present for all patients in all our rooms.
  • In cases when visitors and/or attendants are not permitted by our physician, we kindly ask you to conform to this rule.
  • Please follow the suggestions of our health professionals at visits to isolated patients. Respect the privacy of the patients and their relatives during your visit.
  • Wash your hands or provide hand disinfection before and after the visit.
  • Please pay attention not to show negative behavior expressing your emotional state near the patient such as crying or shouting as these may be harmful for our patient.
  • Please do not bring any food from outside. Do not accept food or drinks from outside in order to protect the health of our patients.
  • Live flowers are not permitted due to risks of infection. Live flowers for your patient will be submitted to you at discharge from the hospital.
  • Please do not interfere with the treatment material relevant to the patient.
  • Please do not use mobile phones at areas where medical devices are used.
  • We kindly ask you not to use kettles and similar devices in patients’ rooms as these can cause technical problems.
  • Please do not speak loudly in the hospital. No pets are allowed in our hospital.
  • Smoking is strictly forbidden except in designated areas.

 

VISITING TIMES

  • Visiting times are between 10.00 – 22.00 hours every day.
  • There are no reservations for visiting the children who do not have a contact history or active infection finding. They can visit the patients accompanied minimum by one adult at the specified clinics by the hospital management every day and/or on specified days at specified times for not more than 15 minutes.
  • Visiting times at our hospital are between 10.00 – 22.00 hours every day in all departments except Emergency Services and Child Care Services.
  • Visiting times for Coronary Emergency Service and General Emergency Service are between 13.00 – 14.00 hours. Visiting is limited to two people at one time and is 10 minutes. This rule carries great significance for the health of the patient.
  • The mother can enter the Neonatal Emergency Service every 3 hours for nursing. Fathers may see their babies once a day between 13.00 – 13.30 hours staying maximum 15 minutes provided that the emergency service is available. Siblings over 3 years of age who do not have a contact history or active infection finding can visit the patients accompanied by one of the parents as two siblings at one time only every day or on specified days at a time specified by the hospital management for not more than 15 minutes.
